John J. Hepner is the founder and principal of the firm.  He has 19 years of small business, tax and real estate experience.  John graduated magna cum laude from Temple University and has achieved the designation of a Certified Tax Professional from the American Institute of Tax Studies.  He has passed the stringent IRS Enrolled Agent Exam and is eager to help you solve your tax or business problems.  He is well versed in all areas of real estate taxation and accounting and can assist in structuring real estate acquisition or disposition to assure the lowest tax liability as well as assisting in cash flow planning and maximization.  John is also experienced in executive stock option planning and retirement planning.
